Laura and Jesscia are just like so many others, hopeful and romantic, looking for love, and to start their forever family. As luck would have it, both women find themselves being wistfully swept away by the men of their dreams who unbeknownst to them are targeting them as their next victim. As the relationships evolve patterns and behaviors emerge over time as both men intentionally and cruelly take Laura and Jessica through the abusive cycles of idealization, devaluation, and discard repeatedly. The cycle used by those with NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) is a methodical attempt to erase them emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, financially and physically. Virtually everything the two men do, no matter how it appears on the surface, is to gain full control of their unsuspecting victims and service their insatiable need for power and dominance. The purpose of this format is to allow readers to get invested and relate to the characters living in similar abusive relationships with narcissists.
